All communications are open Mon-Fri from 12 noon to 5pm. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

RETURNS/CHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns or exchanges on any service, unit or bundles are not permitted. All items are thoroughly checked to ensure accuracy and quality. 

 

If for any reason the wrong item is received, it must be returned within 30 days to be considered for a refund or exchange. Item must still be intact.

To ensure the arrival of your order, please make sure that your shipping and billing addresses are CORRECT and ACCURATE.

Conceeted Looks is NOT responsible for the following:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged items once the order has been shipped; 

  • Delays that occur from circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather, mail delays, etc.)

All USPS tracking information will be sent via email. Please ensure the email address provided is accurate.
